Dr. Chan has been in clinical practice in the Commercial Drive area of East Vancouver for over a decade. In that time, he has had the pleasure of meeting and treating numerous patients from all walks of life.

After growing up in the Lower Mainland and then earning his Science degree from UBC, Dr. Chan pursued his doctorate at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Combining his strong science background with his love for sports, Chiropractic was a perfect fit. Dr. Chan has seen patients in all conditions benefit from treatment catered to athletes. His education and experience has proven that an active approach to care is not only backed by science, but the most efficient way for people to regain their health.

His years of clinical experience and eagerness to teach has made him a well referred professional in the field of Chiropractic. Humbled by many satisfied patients, he has been voted the #1 Chiropractor in the City of Vancouver. With a vision to maintain a high level of evidence based care for all patients, Dr. Chan has sought to bring talented professionals together under the Peakform Wellness banner.

In his spare time, Dr. Chan remains active and continues to participate in many sports including; running, triathlons, volleyball and swimming, to name a few.

Dr. Alexander Lee is a Vancouverite native and grew up in Richmond, BC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation from Simon Fraser University. He then pursued his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California.

Dr. Lee uses his expertise and experience in diverse chiropractic manipulative techniques, exercise, and movement rehabilitation. He is certified in Full Body IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and Functional Movement Systems to provide quality personalized care in order to relieve pain, restore function, and promote wellness. He understands that no two bodies are the same and that every patient needs personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific injuries and diagnoses. Whether you are an athlete, business professional, student or weekend warrior, Dr. Lee takes a hands-on approach to your health to help clients get back to doing the things they love – pain free.

During his spare time, Dr. Lee is a wrist watch and automotive enthusiast and enjoys all things mechanical. He likes to keep active by going to the gym regularly and playing recreational dodgeball.

Dr. Mackintosh grew up in the Lower mainland and graduated with a Bachelors of Kinesiology degree from UBC. He then went on to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Mackintosh believes in an evidence based approach to patient care that includes; joint manipulation, soft tissue therapies, stretching, rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications, just to name a few. When not treating patients, Dr. Mackintosh enjoys fishing and staying active by running and working out. He’s also a big Canucks and Blue Jays fans. Having grown up playing organized baseball at high levels, athletic performance is of huge interest to Donny.

Dr. Nick Crivici graduated summa cum laude from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. Prior to this, he attended Simon Fraser University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation and a Minor in Psychology.

Dr. Nick utilizes an evidence-based approach to care as he reads the latest articles and stays up to date on current chiropractic literature. He employs a patient-centered, whole-body approach to care and takes the time to understand your needs and goals for treatment.

In his spare time, you will find Dr. Nick riding his motorcycle on a winding road or the racetrack, harvesting some fresh vegetables from the garden or working on a DIY project at home.

Dr. Daelyn Anderton-Cahoon is a registered Chiropractor in the Province of British Columbia. She was born and raised on Vancouver Island where she graduated from the University of Victoria with a BSc in Kinesiology. She then made her way to Toronto, Ontario where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Anderton-Cahoon believes in evidence-based and patient-centered care. She incorporates manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy and active rehab tailored to each patients treatment needs and goals.

Her passion for health and wellness extends outside the walls of the clinic. She is an avid biker and incorporates road biking and spinning into her everyday life. She also loves to be outdoors, her hobbies include hiking, watching sunsets and camping.

Brian graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017 and has been in practice since December of that year. His goal is always to communicate effectively with patients to ensure the actual outcome of the treatment is aligned with their goals and co-creating comprehensive treatment plans with patients based on their desired outcomes.


His approach to massage therapy is intuitive and based on a solid understanding of anatomy, physiology and effective treatment techniques to promote whole-body wellness.  Brian uses a variety of techniques during treatments, some of which include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilizations, deep tissue and Swedish techniques, and blending them smoothly together to address specific complaints, or just to create a wonderfully soothing and relaxing massage.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing the viola as he is passionate about music, having been classically trained since early childhood. Otherwise, he also enjoys being an outdoorsy person and can be frequently found hiking, scuba diving, or cycling.

After finishing his Bachelors of Kinesiology at UBC, Jonathan has worked as a personal trainer and a kinesiologist where he enjoys being part of a person’s wellness journey. He has keen interest in orthopaedic conditions and how muscles and joints are affected. That is why he believes active rehabilitation and massage therapy can aid in the recovery process.

Vince is a graduate of the 3000+ hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College where he graduated with Langara’s Academic Excellence Award. He previously worked as a Practicing Kinesiologist before returning to school so that he can have the skills to expedite patients reaching their movement goals.

During treatment, Vince will incorporate a combination of Swedish massage with Myofascial Release and/or Neuromuscular Techniques to facilitate deeper relaxation. Depending on patient goals, he may also use other techniques such as Joint Mobilizations. He will also coach patients on therapeutic exercise so they may be able to progress to their treatment goals faster.

Vince has experience working with ICBC patients, personal training clients, as well as working with the Aging Population. During his time at UBC BodyWorks, he designed individualized fitness programs and progressive fitness classes whilst offering modifications for those who wanted a challenge or found difficulties with certain movements. Vince believes in keeping everyone moving and helping them achieve their movement goals.

Outside the clinic, Vince likes to keep moving with cycling, weight lifting, running, and backcountry skiing.

Sophia graduated from the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage in 2012 and the
Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in 2018.
Having experience in both bodywork and clinical massage, Sophia has an approach that integrates
her in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and systemic conditions with her understanding of
the other complex factors that influence pain and recovery.

Her treatment style consists of deep flow relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, breath
work and passive and active stretching.
Sophia is always adding further tools to her practice through ongoing education including training to
help bridge the gap in care for people recovering from surgeries including mastectomies, top-
surgery, and augmentation.

In her free time Sophia enjoys playing pickleball, fitness training, going on forest adventures with her
dog, working on her garden and interior design.

Yvonne graduated from Pacific Rim College’s 3-year Diploma of Acupuncture program in 2016, and completed the national board exams to become a licensed member of the BC regulatory board, CTCMA. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Victoria in 2010.

Using the theory and holistic approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yvonne is able to treat a wide variety of conditions. She is passionate about using acupuncture to treat issues such as pain relief, stress, anxiety/depression, insomnia, digestive disorders and smoking cessation. Yvonne also has a special interest in women’s health issues such as menstruation regulation, infertility, pregnancy and labour. Her approach includes the use of traditional acupuncture, cupping, Tui-Na massage, and gua sha.

Yvonne has also taken supplementary workshops in Traditional Acupuncture in Pregnancy, Labour and Postpartum, Channel Examination and Diagnosis, Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture and Kiiko Matsumoto Style (KMS) Acupuncture.

Outside of work: In her spare time, Yvonne enjoys hiking, swimming, road trips, dabbling with arts and crafts and photography.

I-Ting Huang graduated from Vancouver Career College where he earned his diploma in acupuncture. He is now a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA), I-Ting was born and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to Canada in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Pathology and Microbiology from National Taiwan University.

In his treatment, he incorporates acupressure tuina technique and fire cupping with acupuncture to treat pain, sport injuries, stress, insomnia, depression, skin issues and many more.
